Meeblip glitches, note sticking and occasional note not playing
  • My Meeblip seems a bit glitchy. Occasionally a note won't play, and sometimes a note will 'stick.' If I keep playing it will return to normal, but sometimes I have to reset the MIDI channel to 1. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking of taking it apart and resoldering all the solder joints.

  • On second thought I may very well be my controller that is causing the Meeblip to act up!

  • I nomal when testing connect to my midi keyboard controller some times it act the same but if i connect to the pc with a usb midi cable its fine.

  • Make sure your controller is not sending MIDI clock information. It will overload the MIDI input buffer.

  • I don't think it does - it's a Korg Kontrol 49.

  • Can you tell us a little more about your setup? (ie: Is the Kontrol 49 attached to a computer by USB and the Meeblip by DIN MIDI? If so, what software are you using on the computer?)
