New: MIDI support in Pd for Android

Pd for Android now supports MIDI over USB as well as Bluetooth. When you pull the latest revision from GitHub, make sure to say "git submodule init" and "git submodule update" because the MIDI components require a new git module. Once you've got the latest version, you need to import the AndroidMidi project into Eclipse. Any feedback would be appreciated!
