Oh, and for the record, the correct phrase is "Happified Wintricated Holidation to the Celbratronic Peoples."

I got a new Alesis io 14 firewire interface. Best present to myself evar. Also, a DVD set of Disney's 1952 "Tomorrowland" features. Paleo-futurism to the max.

Nice Michael. You'll have to let me know your experiences with the iO/14. I own the iO/26.

Do you use the ADAT Lightpipe functions at all? I'm working on fixing an older (but fancy) mixer that has ADAt outs. Once I get that guy up and running, I'm hoping I can plug it thru the iO/14 and get an additional 8 individual inputs.
What is your latency on the iO/26?

Usually I roll with the buffers set at 128 ... which gives me 2ms of latency. I can set it to 64 which gives me 1ms of latency ... but I can only do so much before it starts to pop/click/glitch.
